While we’re happy to accommodate when we can, availability cannot be guaranteed. Please be sure these times work for your plans before booking. Thank you for your understanding and for planning your arrival and departure accordingly. Early check-in or late check-out may be offered as paid add-ons, subject to availability. Arrivals more than 60 minutes before check-in or departures more than 60 minutes after the scheduled check-out time may incur an additional night’s charge. OCCUPANCY – Max 16 guests. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS without written consent. Zero tolerance for disruptive gatherings. COMMERCIAL USE REQUIRES APPROVAL AND SEPARATE CONTRACT – No filming, photography, or business use without written approval; violations may result in cancellation without refund. PARKING – Max 5 vehicles (2 garage, 3 driveway). No street parking per city ordinance; fines apply. QUIET HOURS ARE BETWEEN 9 PM – 8 AM per city code. No jacuzzi jets during quiet hours. Keep deck noise low. SMOKING AND FIRE SAFETY – No smoking indoors ($500 fine). Smoking allowed outside. No candles (except birthday), incense, fireworks, or open flames. PET FEE IS $65/PET – Up to 5 pets, with prior notice, are allowed. $150 fine per unregistered pet. Keep pets off furniture, never leave unattended, and clean up after. NO SHOES INDOORS – Helps keep out sand and dirt. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY – Leave property in good condition. Follow light checkout duties. You are liable for damages or losses caused by your group. CLEANING FEE – Covers standard turnover; excessive cleaning billed separately. GUEST ASSUMES RISK – Use of property and amenities at your own risk except for owner’s gross negligence. ADD ONS – Must be booked and paid ≥3 days before check-in and a separate contract is required. Non-refundable if canceled within 3 days. Subject to availability, weather, and proper use. This was the perfect house for our extended family trip! The room set ups were great. Beautiful view of the ocean. The beach is a walkable distance away. Everything about the home was as described. And the host was very responsive and great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this house! We plan to come back!

We were a family of 8 adults, 7 kids ages 1 to 7 and 2 dogs. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great kitchen! Sauna and hot tub were a hit! Game room with video games upstairs and games in the garage! The forest with hiking trails behind the house was beautiful! Then views of the ocean across the street were amazing! I would highly recommend this AirB&B!

Samantha is a very responsive host. The home we stayed in was very true to the description and photos. Our family had a great time playing games and relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. Location is very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home.

The home is well organized making navigating the space and using its amenities easy. The kitchen was well stocked with oil, salt, pepper, pots, pans, coffee maker etc. The space was very clean and housed all of the guests well. We really appreciated the large beds and small best which accommodated couples and friends perfectly. One of my favorite aspects, which is unique to this home on the coast, is that there is access to a wooded area behind the house that is well maintained. It offered guests a quiet place to center themselves in nature which is a rare find. It made the stay magical. As for communication, I was having difficulty navigating the AirBnb app as well as a link she provided. Samantha was quick to respond and very kind while helping me figure out how to get the sauna working.

We recommend bringing a car to fully enjoy Lincoln City and the surrounding coast — from beach strolls to hidden hiking trails and favorite local eats, most attractions are just a short drive away. Perched just outside of the Olivia Beach community, you’ll have the best of Oregon’s coast right at your doorstep! With three beach access points just minutes away, you can walk or drive to the stunning oceanfront and begin your next nautical excursion; 10 min walk or 2 min drive to a nestled beach access. The tide pools are the best on the central coast, and agates are popular finds on Olivia Beach. There is also a nice forest hike just steps away from the backyard of the Sea Salt Forest, in the Agnes Creek Open Space (easy to enjoy a short hike). 🅿️ Parking at the Home We allow up to 5 vehicles: 3 in the driveway, 2 in the garage. The garage can fit two carefully parked cars, please use caution and do not use this space if you are in doubt of size/parking abilities. The garage door opener is located in the garage, next to the light switch by the stairs. Please remember to put it back before you leave. RV's are not allowed. 🚗 Additional Parking For larger groups or extra vehicles, we encourage carpooling when possible. If you need more space, there are two public parking lots nearby, both well-lit and patrolled regularly: SW 29th & Hwy 101 Lot – Just up the hill at the intersection SW Coast Ave & 32nd Lot – About a mile south from the home 🚐 Note: Lincoln City does not allow overnight parking for campers or RVs in public lots or streets.
